Clean store. Not any in person cashier stations but the self service lanes now allow you to use your military discount so that's nice! Employees are nice enough. And the parking lot is well light at nite.

Always find what i need. Sometimes hard to find associate when needing assistance or questions. Dont like the fact that there's only self checkouts, still need assistance to use my military discount.

We were in the store yesterday to purchase a refrigerator, stove and hood. Carlos was extremely helpful in making the selections and scheduling delivery. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. This was our 5th stop of the day in search of new appliances. I had almost given up and was heading home. My gut told me to "stop anyway." So glad I did! Added bonus is the delivery fee was more than reasonable, and our appliances will be delivered today.

So, I don't have a google account, so I am having my grandson type this up for me. I was walking up from my car and I said hello to the guy getting carts and smiled at him. He didn't even say anything back to me. I Had to get his attention. This isn't good Custom Service. Sad Just Sad.

Twice I have denied the sales Lowe’s has. Both time were a free battery with purchase of kobalt tool. immediately called Lowe’s online and was told it should’ve been honored at the store. The manager of the tool department is in no way people-friendly. If you have the opportunity, go to a different Lowe’s. The products are great, it’s the employees that are the issue.

Brenda assisted us with our stain selection on Saturday, December 7th, 2024. We gave her the wrong type of base to use and she explained why she wasn’t able to find that mix for that type so she asked us to show her what we wanted and she led us to the right base. So thankful that she paid attention to details and we appreciated her knowledge.

It’s so hit or miss with the service here. I called literally 4 times today to find out if a tool was available before hooking up my trailer and coming over.

I spent almost a half hour on the phone, the automated phone tree had no touch options and the voice option wouldn’t work (ie. It was useless and you could only spam the 0 key for a person).

The people I got had no clue who to forward the call to. One person promised to call back after finishing with a customer and never called back, the second answered and put the phone in their pocket, third time I got forwarded and the call bounced around until the network disconnected me because nobody answered.

Home Depot’s voice phone tree directed me to the correct department and I got the answer on the first call less than two minutes from when I hit dial.

I like this Lowe's and I shop at this store because I can exercise my military discount most of the time my experience is good but some of the time it's really bad. I went in there the other day first customer in the store early morning just to pick up some wasp killer and another basic item. I went out to self-checkout ringing up my items no one's there I'm the first customer not a big deal but two black women (employees) stand right up on top of me in the middle of my sale like they were looking for me to make one bad move. Since no one was there and I had the Gestapo looking over my shoulder I didn't ask for my military discount. I went to leave the store and thought I would stop by the restroom of course they didn't say thank you we appreciate you shopping here nothing but boy oh boy when I couldn't get over to the bathroom they made sure that they put me in my place you're not allowed to go through there sir. You need to come around here and stop pushing on that blue door. I was about ready to give her a piece of my mind and put her in her place but I thought she's not worth it. I called the manager later that day told him what happened but I told him don't address it with the women when you have folks that bad working for you they don't care. I did make him aware that I can shop any place I want to especially online but I chose Lowe's. I made him also aware that for my next several purchases I will be shopping someplace else. And also shelving that I was going to buy at Lowe's I will now buy some place else. Now I feel like several times I have been racially profiled in that store now those of you that say that coming from a white man is racist well mind your business buttercup I answer to God not to you and I've had plenty of great experiences with black people in that store. A black gentleman help me out at the register a few weeks ago super nice and you had a nice black lady that worked over in lumber that I would talk to all the time and would actually buy extra things from just because of the fact she was so nice but I don't see her there anymore. Well that's my two cents worth but just be noted when I have bad experiences I will shop someplace else.
